1. MT Administration Department Head

Job Description :

1. Responsible for day-to-day financial administration operations
2. Building relationships with government, banks, leasing companies
3. Monitor accounting and management processes

Qualification :

• Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field.
• Min. Bachelor degree Economy, Accounting, Management or Industrial Engineering.
• GPA min. 3.25
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

2. MT Service Department Head

Job Description :

1. Manage and oversee the service department’s day-to-day operations.
2. Develop and implement policies.
3. Plan and coordinate service activities
4. Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services.
5. Evaluate the deparment’s performance and implement improvements

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical & electrical engineering.
• GPA min.3.25
• Fresh graduate or 2 years maximum
• Knowledge of service management software and hardware
• Willing to be placed on sites throughout Indonesia.

3. Management Trainee Corporate Finance and Accounting (CFA)

Job Description :

1. Collect company funds for company needs in terms of investment, debt, and profits.
2. Manage short-term finances with the aim of ensuring sufficient liquidity.
3. Conduct an analysis of the company’s potential funds to collect the company’s operational funds.
4. Regulate the distribution of profits obtained by the company.
5. Make financial reports, such as losses and profits by adjusting to the company’s financial activities.
6. Ensure that the bookkeeping contains financial reports and is always updated.
7. Compiles the necessary data, analyzes it against company revenue and calculates taxes.
8. Conduct interpretation of financial results and compare them with the market.

Qualification :

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in field of Accounting/Finance.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Can collaborate with the team.
• Familiar with accounting software is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
