Requirements

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Math or Statistic
Experienced in the steel or automotive industry
Able to perform Material Requirement Plan (MRP) activity, supply/capacity/production planning, Inventory management
Have knowledge and experience in the field of MRP fundamentals, production planning & scheduling
Able to manage material planning master data
Strong analytical skills and drive for continuous improvement
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good communication in English, (Japanese will be advantage)
Advance Ms Excel (PowerQuery+Power Pivot, DAX Formulas, VBA Macro)
Live around Cikarang

Main Job

Create materials supply plan that supports Production Plan and Delivery
Calculate and analyze MRP result
Maintain adequate materials stock levels for required production plan and minimize the potential Loss of Good Delivery
Regular coordination with overseas supplier (JFE Steel Japan) for smooth execution of material supply plan
Periodical review materials supply plan for always aligned with customer requirement, production and delivery
