Job Description :
- Manage all activities related to organization and people development to support departement and employees achieve their target
- Arrange the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Create training module and methods
- Deliver training courses
- Coordinate, organize, conduct in-house trainings
- Continuously evaluate and improve training design, materials, methodology and delivery
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Conduct the whole recruitment process ( Job posting, screening, psychology and interview
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as recruitment & training development supervisor
- Able to use psychology tools
- Has experince in implementation : TNA, Training evaluation, competency
- Fluent in English both oral & written ( is a must )
- Having good communication skill, leadership, analiticaly thinking, full responsibilities
- Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015
- Experience regarding ISO 14001:2015
- Willing to work in Cikarang
