Produk merk EPSON sendiri sudah dikenal banyak orang di Indonesia maupun dunia, PT Epson juga merupakan anak dari perusahaan asal Jepang yaitu Seiko EPSON Corporation. PT EPSON berdiri pada tahun 2000an dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak dan di dominasi oleh kaum wanita. 1. Cost Control Staff

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering or relevant
Have good knowledge of data management and Ms. Office (Esp. Ms. Excel)
Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

2. Product Engineering Staff (Process and Analysis)

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or relevant
Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

3. Product Engineering Staff (Process and JTEC/ Machine Special)

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering or relevant
Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

4. Product Engineering Staff (Jig Design)

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant
Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

5. Mold Manufacture Staff

Requirement :

SMK Mechanical/Manufacture Engineering or relevant
Have experience in the related field (mold repair/mold assembly) is required for this position
Active, discipline, honest, responsible, able to work in team and independent
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

6. PCB Design Staff

Requirement:

D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Understanding Digital Circuit Analysis
Electrical Design and Evaluation Electronic Circuit Analysis and able to use C Language well

7. Planning & Mechanical Design Staff

Requirement:

D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
Able to work in team/individually
Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as:CATIA or Pro-Eng software)

8. Firmware Design Staff (Embedded System Developer)

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Electronics Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ System Control/ Telecommunication/ Physics Instrumentation
Have good knowledge of software development, programming (esp. C/C++ language) and OOP
Have knowledge of Digital Numeric Calculation/Conversion
Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

9. Software Inspection (Japanese Translator)

Requirement:

D4/S1 Japanese Language/Literature or relevant
Have JLPT N-2 would be an advantage.
Has knowledge and interest in software testing (Software Quality Assurance) new technology trend, customer behavior
Has knowledge in networking technology
Strong in analytical thinking
Good systematic of works
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

10. Software Engineer / Full-stack Developer

Requirement:

D3/S1 programming academic background is preferred (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics).
Have good problem solving.
Proficiency with fundamental front-end web programming language such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiar with one or more of server-side popular programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python, Go-Lang, Java or PHP.
Experienced in dealing with database.
Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Git, VSTS, or TFS.
Enjoy working in team, able to work in deadline.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

11. Mechanical & Robotic Staff

Requirement:

D3/D4/S1 Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
Able to make 2D and 3D technical drawing
Familiar with 2D & 3D drawing application such as AutoCAD/Pro Engineering.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

12. Electrical Engineering (Automation) Staff

Requirement:

D3/D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
Good understanding of PLC Programming and Robotic
Good understanding of C Language Programming
Familiar with automation system
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia

13. Traffic Export Staff

Requirement:

D4/S1 Industrial Engineering/Management
Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Strong analytical thinking
Good communication in English (Able to communicate in Japanese Language will be an advantage)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, having 2-3 Years in Supply chain Management/Export-Import/Production/Custom will be an advantage
