Managing Working Process for Production Standards meet the Customer Standard

Job Description :

Managing Customer Issue related Products
Handling Root Causes Investigation related Product
Handling Customer Document Needs
Handling Customer Audit Activity & Improvement Implementation

Job Requirement :

Education Min. Diploma in major Automotive / Engineering
Experienced min. 2-5 years in the same field
Have a strong leadership personality and team player.
Familiar with Automotive Manufacture Industry
(Especially in Muffler & Engine Products).
Fluent in English is a must.
Computer Literate (Ms. Office, ERP System & SAP System).

Job Specification :

Having experience in TQM / ISO is a plus.
Knowledge of QA/QC manufacturing process (Incoming, Process, Outgoing)
Knowledge of QA/QC business process and Inspection tools.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills, negotiation skills, reporting & filling.
