- Basic to advance English for business communication. Advance in Ms Office.
- Good communication skill.
- Have min. 3 years of experience as GA Staff.
- Age max. 29 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in International Relation, Management, Accounting or any equivalent.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
- Complete vaccine Covid-19 2 doses.
- Monthly invoicing payment, arrangement of foreign worker’s house and apartment.
- Employee business trip arrangement, customer visit needs (flights, hotels, meals, transportation, etc).
- Managing vehicle operational cost.
- Managing self quarantine hotel for foreign worker’s.
- Foreign worker’s meals arrangement and cost calculation.
- GA contract arrangement, handling outsourcing administration, company needs arrangement & maintaining filing document system properly.
- Petty cash arrangement, maintaining records of all reimbursement related documents (invoice receipts, other related document).
