Legal Staff
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and provide legal opinion, legal advisory, and interpretation services to management and employee to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review agreements and other legal documents such as agreements with suppliers, distribution agreements, toll manufacturing agreement,s and insurance polis
- Liaise with a related party to ensure that agreements and legal documents are promptly acted upon
- Liaison with state and local government bodies such as BKPM, Deperindag, Depnakertrans, Immigration, and district office And Ensuring all the licenses are renewed on a timely basis
- Support for the litigation process
- Process & monitor all necessary approvals and licenses for relevant business activities
- Updating the progress related to legal agreements and other legal documents in document library & do other general administration
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university and a minimal GPA is 3.00
- Minimum 2 years as a legal staff. Having a background in the pharmaceutical industry/consumer healthcare industry is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Have good Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, Developing & Maintaining Relationships
- Attention to detail
- Never give up attitude
- Hold driving license and have an own motorcycle
HR Administration Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative assistance for the sales force including attendance, payroll, and expenses of employee claims to the Finance & Accounting department
- Operate HRIS, collect and store HR data for the sales force in HRIS for information and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update health benefits, insurance, and business trip administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience in human resources especially as HR Admin
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Able to process and present data properly
- Familiar with MS Office and google feature applications
- Good in English and Tech savvy is an advantage
