What you will do :

Implement Balanced Scorecard for the company performance appraisal.
Align and integrate the company’s strategic priorities with the strategies of each department
Evaluate and monitor the company’s strategy.
Develop good knowledge management to analyze the roles and functions of departments / directorates.
Using digitization to increase work effectiveness and efficiency

What you need :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Management, Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00
Experienced in the field of Strategic Management / Performance Management
Have knowledge about corporate strategy & performance monitoring system development and root cause analysis
